In other words, please don't thrash the equipment, finish your job with it, and then return it. That's not cool. Equipment returned damaged may incur a refurbishment fee. Just use it lightly while you're trying it out to avoid extra charges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Petrogen offers a 25-year warranty against manufacturer defects on core system components (torches /tanks), and 10 years on the Advanced Multi-fuel Hoses. If those items are found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at no charge. We ask that you ship us your damaged equipment and Petrogen will return it to you at no charge once the repairs are complete.
The “Petrogen Warranty” will be considered void if the product has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, misapplication, modification, used with other than OEM components, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Standard repairs on non-warranty items are performed quickly. Petrogen will not perform additional repairs without customer approval. Even heavily used and damaged torches and tanks can generally be refurbished to like-new status, even after the 25-year warranty has expired for a nominal cost.
